2. Optional analytics

O4 uses Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand which pages are read and how the site is used. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 2 years) and measures page views, scrolls and clicks on outbound links. No name, email address or other directly identifying information is ever sent to Google. The gtag.js script is loaded only after you switch the Analytics category on, and is removed on your next visit if you withdraw consent. There is no Google Tag Manager, no Meta Pixel and no advertising or cross-site tracking script on this website.

3. Optional third-party content

O4 embeds no YouTube, Vimeo, Google Maps, Instagram or TikTok content, and no social media or sharing widgets. Fonts are self-hosted from this domain, so no font request leaves for a third party. Some articles include images hosted on external servers; a request to that server transmits your IP address to it, but it sets no cookie on this site. If a consent-requiring embed is added later, it will be shown as a placeholder until you allow the relevant category, and it will be listed here.

4. Your control

Optional categories are off until you actively allow them. Browsing, scrolling or closing the banner is never treated as consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — the same panel is reachable from the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies and local storage for this site in your browser settings.
